KEBIJAKAN KETENAGAKERJAAN DAN ETIKA BISNIS
Perusahaan berkomitmen untuk menjalankan praktik ketenagakerjaan yang adil, aman, bermartabat, transparan, dan berkelanjutan sesuai dengan Peraturan perundang-undangan ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia, Konvensi Inti International Labour Organization (ILO), Standar FSC, Prinsip IWAY, dan Tata Kelola Perusahaan. Kebijakan ini berlaku bagi seluruh Direksi, manajemen, karyawan tetap, karyawan kontrak, tenaga kerja alih daya, pemasok, dan seluruh pihak ketiga yang bekerja atas nama Perusahaan.
Kepatuhan terhadap Hukum
Perusahaan memastikan seluruh praktik ketenagakerjaan dilaksanakan sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada aspek hubungan kerja, perjanjian kerja, pengupahan, jam kerja, jaminan sosial, serta keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3).
Larangan Pekerja Anak
Perusahaan tidak mempekerjakan pekerja di bawah usia minimum sesuai hukum Indonesia. Setiap proses rekrutmen wajib melalui verifikasi usia yang sah dan terdokumentasi.
Larangan Kerja Paksa
Perusahaan melarang segala bentuk kerja paksa, kerja wajib, perbudakan modern, kerja untuk membayar utang, dan perdagangan manusia. Perusahaan tidak menahan dokumen identitas pekerja serta tidak mengenakan biaya rekrutmen yang tidak sah.
Non-Diskriminasi dan Anti-Pelecehan
Perusahaan menjamin kesetaraan kesempatan kerja tanpa diskriminasi atas dasar suku, agama, ras, warna kulit, jenis kelamin, usia, disabilitas, status sosial, atau latar belakang lainnya. Perusahaan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang bebas dari pelecehan, intimidasi, perundungan, dan kekerasan dalam bentuk apa pun.
Upah dan Jam Kerja
Perusahaan membayar upah sesuai atau di atas ketentuan upah minimum yang berlaku dan dibayarkan tepat waktu. Jam kerja, lembur, waktu istirahat, cuti, dan hari libur dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Seluruh pekerja didaftarkan dalam program jaminan sosial sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan.
Kebebasan Berserikat
Perusahaan menghormati hak pekerja untuk berserikat dan melakukan perundingan bersama. Hubungan industrial dibangun atas dasar dialog terbuka, saling menghormati, dan penyelesaian perselisihan secara musyawarah.
Penerapan Sistem Manajemen K3 dan Lingkungan
Perusahaan menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja serta Lingkungan (SMK3L) secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan. Perusahaan melakukan identifikasi dan pengendalian risiko kerja serta dampak lingkungan, mencegah kecelakaan kerja dan pencemaran, mengelola limbah dan penggunaan sumber daya secara bertanggung jawab, serta menyediakan pelatihan dan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yang sesuai. Evaluasi dan peningkatan kinerja K3 dan lingkungan dilakukan secara berkala sebagai bagian dari komitmen perbaikan berkelanjutan.
Etika Bisnis dan Tata Kelola
Sebagai bagian dari penerapan Kode Etik dan prinsip Good Corporate Governance, Perusahaan:
• Menolak segala bentuk korupsi, suap, gratifikasi, dan penyalahgunaan wewenang.
• Melarang praktik nepotisme, kolusi, dan konflik kepentingan dalam rekrutmen, promosi, pengadaan, maupun pengambilan keputusan.
• Mewajibkan pengungkapan konflik kepentingan oleh seluruh manajemen dan karyawan.
• Menerapkan sistem pelaporan pelanggaran (whistleblowing system) yang aman, rahasia, dan bebas dari tindakan pembalasan.
LABOUR AND BUSINESS ETHICS POLICY
The Company is committed to implementing fair, safe, dignified, transparent, and sustainable labor practices in accordance with the labor laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, the Core Conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO), FSC Standards, IWAY Principles, and Corporate Governance principles. This policy applies to all members of the Board of Directors, management, permanent employees, contract employees, outsourced workers, suppliers, and all third parties acting on behalf of the Company.
Compliance with Laws
The Company ensures that all labor practices are carried out in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment relationships, employment agreements, wages, working hours, social security, and occupational health and safety (OHS).
Prohibition of Child Labor
The Company does not employ workers below the minimum legal working age in accordance with Indonesian law. All recruitment processes must include valid and documented age verification.
Prohibition of Forced Labor
The Company prohibits all forms of forced labor, compulsory labor, modern slavery, debt bondage, and human trafficking. The Company does not retain workers' identity documents nor impose unlawful recruitment fees.
Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment
The Company ensures equal employment opportunities without discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, race, skin color, gender, age, disability, social status, or any other background. The Company fosters a work environment free from harassment, intimidation, bullying, and violence in any form.
Wages and Working Hours
The Company pays wages in accordance with or above the applicable minimum wage regulations and ensures timely payment. Working hours, overtime, rest periods, leave, and holidays are implemented in accordance with applicable legal requirements. All workers are registered in social security programs as required by law.
Freedom of Association
The Company respects workers' rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining. Industrial relations are built on open dialogue, mutual respect, and amicable dispute resolution.
Implementation of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System
The Company consistently and sustainably implements an Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (OHS&E). The Company identifies and controls workplace risks and environmental impacts, prevents occupational accidents and pollution, manages waste and resource use responsibly, and provides appropriate training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Regular evaluation and continuous improvement of OHS and environmental performance are conducted as part of the Company's commitment to continual improvement.
Business Ethics and Corporate Governance
As part of the implementation of the Code of Ethics and Good Corporate Governance principles, the Company:
• Rejects all forms of corruption, bribery, gratuities, and abuse of authority.
• Prohibits nepotism, collusion, and conflicts of interest in recruitment, promotion, procurement, and decision-making processes.
• Requires disclosure of any conflicts of interest by all management and employees.
• Implements a secure, confidential, and non-retaliatory whistleblowing system.
